In 2022, Torsten A. Lange conducted a large-scale research project to evaluate the effects of being attuned to Reiki. Until then, the main focus of scientific research had been on the efficacy of Reiki treatments rather than the effects on the students using it for themselves. 1084 Reiki practitioners took part in the study, and the results were astonishing.
Reiki cannot just improve the physical health of clients – it can also be used for self-healing.
Reiki can significantly reduce stress, helps with depression, and allows a more positive outlook on life.
